Guided Tours
On these pages you will find our most popular guided tours throughout Southern Africa.There are many more, so if you do not see it and you want it, ask us and we will find it for you. Below are the different classes of tours availble.
Guided Tours: known as seat in vehicle tours, and it means exactly what it says, you like the itinerary so you reserve a seat on the vehicle. As with all good things, there is a variety to choose from, you can traverse one country or several, go luxury or adventure. What makes the guided tours rather unique, is the social / group aspect of the journey.
Luxury / Accommodated Tours:
these tours are generally fully inclusive
you will stay in accredited accommodation ranging from 3 - 5 star
and hotels and bed and breakfasts, depending on which grade of tour you selcet. You can do silver, gold and platinum versions of most of the Luxury Tours on these pages.
Adventure Trips:
These are usually done in a mercedes sprinter 12 seater vehicle
or similarThese trips are usually camping and semi participation
You are accompanied by a driver a guide and an assistant
Vehicle cleanliness is up to the clients.
To make the trip cost effective there are optional add-ons
Overland Trips:
Usually geared at the backpackers these trips cover several countries at a time and can even do Trans-Africa trips. They are usually in 20 - 26 seater customized Mercedes - Benz or Bedford trucks.
They provide you with all camping equipment except for your sleeping bag. All you meals are provided except in major towns where you will pay for own if available you can (at your own expense) upgrade your accomomdation.
